A disconnect between heart and  you.

looosely bound to heaven.

I give myself to the world.

Following easy trajectories.

Arrived in a windowless house.

wishes and visions confined to black walls.

An abyss.

The longer the heart resides here

The more it contends against the concrete.

In here, happiness cannot sustain itself.

Yet, instead of fleeing the cage,

And searching for fertile ground,

I too planted seeds on concrete.

Fought with walls,

*A futility that breaks my heart when my sense intermittently returns*.
